Elsa O’Brien López
Elsa O’Brien López is a linguist, young learner teacher and Special Educational Needs Coordinator for the British Council in Madrid, Spain. She is interested in the area of Inclusion, Special Educational Needs and Bilingual Education. She is a teacher trainer for the British Council and has delivered training courses for Spain’s Bilingual Education Programme and the Comunidad de Madrid Bilingual Programme. Elsa has carried out research in the area of bilingual policy making and best practices to reduce inequality. She has written for the British Council Voices Magazine among other publications.
